Easy but I am worried about delivery. They arrived but are quite big so some don't fit

I received eight items and have returned seven for a refund as they did not fit me properly. I haven't received the refund yet!?

It took almost a month to receive and one of the sweat shirts is the wrong size and has a spot on it.

Pretty straight forward. Shipping is pretty steep but it came a long way. The tracking/communication was excellent. To top it all off the clothing was top quality and the packaging was bullet proof and weather tight.

Only got 1 out of 4 items. If they are not in stocks, they shouldn't be available to purchase.

It was easy to shop from home but if you need to return, it will be difficult.

Love the Prices...nice touch they come in these nice bags if I choose to keep them in a drawer instead of hanging

Recieved all my products, 3 separate parcels, which was fine.
Was a little disappointed, as the sizes were all different even though I ordered small.
The colours were nothing like the photos showing the products that I order.

Bad customer service. Tt customer service on Friday snd wS told i would receive an email within 24 hrs. No response. Chatted with customer service online on Monday was told i would receive email within 24 hrs. Was 48 hrs

I like your prices and the inventory is vast. I want to check out the quality of the items I am ordering.

I love the products, but even using your size guide, I'm either a size too big or a size too small. I can't log in to your site because my password can't be reset?

I am waiting for the return labels to come for one of the dresses I received. The size is large and I wanted a medium. The large is too big!

It arrived fast but exchange is expensive, need a exchange site in the US. Until then I will probably not buy again.

Lots of choice, good prices. Fit and quality so so and takes quite a while to be delivered

Shipping too high and you can't return it with out costing a fortune so even though stuff was too large I gave them to friends

Size is not accurate. Medium is more like a large or even extra large.

But the clothes take longer to arrive than I thought and all made in China and not very good quality, so that is reflected in the price.

Not a lot of stuff for my age group - senior citizen. But I did find some really nice, warm coats and sweaters, and tunic tops that were good for me. Quality is good, wash well, sizing is very accurate using the size charts on the website.
