Terrible company. I made the mistake of falling for their advertising of nice looking clothes for a reasonable price. Placed order on 3/6/19. It is now 3/21/19. They collected my payment through paypal on 3/6/19 but my order is still showing "processing". Sent them a message a few days ago to cancel my order(tired of waiting) but they have not even responded to my email request. I guess my next step is to contact paypal and try to get my payment credited back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT.

Do not buy anything from this group, who also go by other names besides jfn. The garments are of a poor quality and are knock offs. They're thieves. They also pay to get good reviews. If you see a good review youll know they work for the company or have been given free items. You're also dealing with an incompetent Chinese postal service. Go with the Iconic, Asos or even Ezibuy. At least the quality with these companies is far better and so is the service. You do get what you pay for but, in this instance you get less. The owner is based in Hong Kong and is becoming wealthier by using dishonest means. I give jfn a zero rating.

What a great web site to look at. That's about all though. My order took a long time getting to me, but I was so excited. However it stopped there. The dress did not fit, the style did not look like it did in the photograph I ordered from and the material was cheap and flimsy plus it was not even the same color, a faded red instead of the true red as in the picture.
When i called to send it back i received an email offering a discount on my next order or I could return it ( Understood it would be at my own expense) Wrapped it up as directed went to the postal service and was told it would cost over $100 postage to send it back.
The item cost me $24.99. Thats my experience. Good luck!

If I could, I would give zero stars. If you want to waste your money, this is it! The clothes look like they were made by students who enrolled in a fashion academy but were not accepted: It's that bad! Very long delay for partial delivery. The fabric description on the web site does not represent reality: everything is made with cheap shiny polyester - probably leftovers from the 1950's! There are NO tags sewn in the clothes: no care instructions, no fabric description. If you ordered from JFN and feel like you were had, let people know by writing a review so dishonest companies like this one are forced to close. Also, looks like "sweatshop" quality. Makes you wonder if the positive reviews are not from fictional consumers. Wish that Googles of this world would prevent such companies from advertising on the net. REALLY, BEWARE.

Ordered a dress in size 12 which on the picture was a loose fit which I assumed would be a nice cool dress for summer. The dress when it arrived was much too small and totally flattened my chest. On requesting a return I was advised that the item should be returned to China at my own expense and even then a refund was not guaranteed. I decided to accept the 15% cash refund rather than fork out even more money and maybe out of pocket even more. I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering as it is just not worth the risk of something being unsuitable and not being able to return easily. One of the advantages for me of ordering online is the ability to return an item easily for refund. I do however, accept responsibility for not reading the returns procedure. I have paid for my mistake and will be more careful in future. Learn from my mistake.
