Dreadful quality, poorly made. It took more than a month for my order to arrive because apparently it's coming from China. When I attempted to return some of the merchandise after spending over $200, due to dissatisfaction with the items, I was informed that I could get a 20% credit online or a 15% refund...& I would be responsible for return shipment costs. I can just imagine what it would cost to ship useless items to China, so I'm cutting my losses & donating the items (all shoes).
The prices look great online, the merchandise looks attractive but you'll be sorely disappointed. Save yourself the trouble & go elsewhere.

I ordered 5 items March 3rd, 2019, it took 25 days to get 2 items, 1 item was refunded as "out of stock" and the last 2 were in limbo aka "processing". The 2 items I received were of poor quality and not as described (shirt was not a t-shirt, polyester not cotton, way to small, ill fitting and the dress is totally see thru and the side slit is up to my butt cheek).
While they did answer my inquiries they were painfully slow to do so, never offered a straight answer/solution, and at times communicated to me entirely in Spanish (which I am not). Lucky for me, I ordered through PayPal (which I never do) and I filed a complaint through their website. WOW~ That got their attention right away! I got a refund for the missing items but I'm SOL on the 2 items I received. PayPal all the way! Lastly, please note that this company carries the same merchandise as so many other websites like StyleWe- and they are all based in China leading me to confidently surmise that they are connected. I wont ever order from them again. Buyer beware! You get what you pay for and sometimes you get nothing at all!

I ordered a dress from this company. After a month of hearing or receiving nothing I emailed them to get an update. They responded and said they do not have the dress in stock and could not provide me with an estimated shipping or delivery date. They offered me a 25% refund. I wrote back and said that was not acceptable and demanded a full refund and filed a claim with paypal. Today my paypal account shows a full refund. Apparently, this company does not have the merchandise they advertise. Hopefully, paypal will protect you too.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding rehearsal brunch and paid for express shipping so I was sure to receive it in plenty of time. When the status on their website kept showing as "processing" I contacted support. I received a response that said there was a delay due to a shortage in "some" hot selling items. Not my item, mind you, just "some" items. Then they offered me a 15% money refund or 20% store credit. They provided a new time frame to receive my item and it doesn't appear to be any closer to being delivered. I'm contacting the fraud department of my bank.

Just Fashion is a disgrace, they should be embarrassed by their lack of customer service. I have sent 4 emails to them and they have not bothered to reply to one. They continue to ignore my emails and their deliveries are very very slow - their promise of no delivery fee over $99 is false, they still charge you. There are plenty of other online stores to chose from that deliver a much better customer service experience and may actually reply to your emails.

I placed my order March 10,2018 and only received a portion today (4/6/19). I ordered a size 8 dress and received an xxl. This is not what I ordered. The dress should have been linen, and it is polyester. Words would fail to describe how cheaply this dress looks. I guess I could wear it when cleaning the house. This is truly false advertising. I cannot even return the items, because there is no return addres nor phone number. I wish I had done my research before placing my order. The

I ordered this because it was advertised and shown - to be "wine red". In fact, it is fuscia pink. Secondly it was advertised as "cotton and linen" and in reality (according to both the look and feel, but moreso the tag itself) to be cotton and polyester. Because I did not set up an account when I ordered, I can't even access my order to write a review on the website. Like others here... I should have read the reviews. Still waiting for response to my email requesting return. There is no phone number. BEWARE!
