The package took two weeks to reach my country. It was all complete and the clothes look good quality.
Ordered 3 ladies pairs of shoes. Approx $45.00 (US) each. One pair never arrived in over 3 months however the website customer service simply says "yes it did". I then pay $57.25 US Postage to return the other 2 pairs that did arrive to get a $85.00 refund. US Postal system shows the package delivered into customs in China but again the customer service of the Just Fashion website says "no refund until they receive the package. I sent them the tracking showing it was delivered into China Customs over 2 months ago. Needless to say I am out the $150.00 for the shoes and the shipping, out the $57.25 to return the 2 pair i did receive for total out of pocket of $207.25 and have no items. I say buy locally because for 207.25 and no shoes I certainly could have bought my wife shoes and gotten a thanks out of it. To verify the TRUTH my order number is J*******
I ordered some shoes in January 2019. When they did not arrive within 2 months, nor was any tracking information available, I contacted customer service. For 2 more months customer service led me to believe the shoes would be shipped any day. Finally in July I reached out with some strong words in an email. I was told that the shipment was lost and they would not look for it because it would be too expensive. And it was my loss because past a certain date they would no refund. I used PayPal to pay and will try to get my money back through them but I don't hold out much hope at this late date. I will never use this company again.

They take a month to deliver. When you try to return, they tell you you will have to pay customs fees, so better just accept a 15% cash refund!
Don't mention this on the website. Its a surprise message when you request a refund.

This is the first time I've ever written a review, the reason -the worst service I've ever had. I waited over 2 months to receive the items. Then the quality - terrible, didn't look like the items in the pictures. Then it would have costed more to send the items back. I'm still waiting for money they promised me after 3 months.

The reason for the returns was that the quality of the items was very poor and the sizes were all over the place. First time customer, my wife ordered a few pieces as style from pics looked rather unique. The fabric they used was cheap, the same as for a kids halloween costume at walmart, and the sewing was a joke, I could have sewed better and I cant sew. Dealing with customer service says it all, mail it all back to china and if we agree we will refund you, but not shipping. $150 purchase, $29 refund ( after shipping) It is not possible for this company to have positive reviews, they must be fake.

No not buy from them... The products are of very poor quality, shipping was late and paid $52 in shipping for it to be on line, horrible customer service, refused to put me in contact with a supervisor and half the time they didn't respond! I emailed them 14 times and still no resolution.

Ordered a pale pink dress it arrived as a VERY bright lilac! Didn't even take it out of its packaging. Despite not as ordered they refused to pay return postage costs. I had to pay £13.50 to return it to CHINA! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Total scammers.

Received a pair of shoes three weeks late and it did not look anything like the picture. So ugly. When I asked to return them I was told to pay the shipping fees to China or et a 15-20percent discount on my next purchase! Such a poor return policy. All is to do with customer service and clearly this company has no clue. If you do not wish to waste money then avoid them!

Terrible quality, missized, they refuse to take back unless I pay return (very expensive to China). To return $70 of merchandise I need to pay $45. I tried to reason with them and got back the same thing (only they upped how much a discount I could get on new merchandise if I keep it). WHY WOULD I BUY MORE INFERIOR MERCHANDISE FROM THIS AWFUL SITE? AND WHY WOULD I WANT TO KEEP THE INFERIOR MERCHANDISE?

I'm convinced this company is Berrylook trading with a different name, if not, they use the same supplier as both sell rubbish with items looking nothing like the pictures advertising them. This company, like Berrylook, pop up on Google ads and social media and buyers are seduced by the great pics and low prices, but beware, what u receive is nothing like the pictures. Thankfully I only ordered one dress, which was so thin I could see daylight through it and, unless I had my jaws clamped for 12 months or some terminal illness, had no chance of getting in it anyway as the sizes are all oriental. I'm a size U. K. 10 but this dress fits my 9 year old child, not that she's going to wear it any time soon as I've fashioned it into 6 dusters and a floor cloth which is about all its fit for.

I ordered a size small dress. When it arrived it was gigantic and absolute rubbish in quality. I have tried to contact them since I have no return address but, so far, no response. I cannot find any UK address for them. I was an idiot to buy from such a site in the first place. Fortunately it wasn't an expensive item but I still feel ripped off.

The two items I received were certainly as the worst quality ever, its almost impossible to return items, impossible unless you want to be out of pocket, as postage in many cases costs more than the item, not even any use as a duster as the supposed cotton linen is a cheap polyester, how is this company allowed to trade in UK? Its a disgrace.
