I am very disappointed with this company, I ordered my product in the beginning of August in hopes that I would receive them by now considering the shipping date said they would come by now (September)... I keep receiving the same automated email with no help whats so ever... Very VERY disappointed! There is no real person to talk to and they are no help at all, I keep trying to track my order with the tracking number and at first it was some website that wouldn't even pop up with my order and then I received a new tracking number that says "scheduled delivery date not available at this time". It also doesn't keep you updated on anything going on, the last update my order had was on the 6th and its almost a month later... Guys please learn from my mistake and don't order from this company, please just pay the higher price so you don't get screwed in the end...

A big thanks to sitejabber and Trustpilot, who i believed shamed JUSTFASHIONNOW into giving a refund. It took months of emails, and the cost of returning the goods twice, once before sitejabber and Trustpilot and once after, I finally got a result.
My view is that until JUSTFASHIONNOW simply do what other Chineese online traders do, by honourable running a simple and easy return and refund operation, then I would not advise trading with them. In my communication I sent, they were in both English and Chinese so as to avoid "lost in translation" I also feel they need people who understand sizing, and not just pack and send any size. We received a size 12 and a 4XL same order!
So well done sitejabber and others for shaming the scammers and or unreliable traders.

This is the first and only China company I have come across as dishonest, liars and needs closing by the Chinese government.
I trade with many Chinese web based companies and they cannot do enough to help and provide top service.
Ali-Express are a great example of great service, honesty and integrity.
I did return the goods having received the return label - some two months later the goods were returned - the stamp on the parcel shows the local post tried to deliver but the package was stamped in RED OVERDUE RETURN - They refused to accept the package. I ordered several things from justfashionnow mostly dresses and tops.
They are fairly cheap so I wasn't expecting great quality however the items that came were nice thick material, they seemed to be well made and would have been lovely had they fit.
Most of the dresses I ordered were way too big and I would have fit someone maybe two sizes bigger than me. However most of the tops did fit and were really cute.
I have emailed them on numerous occasions to get an address where I can return an item and a reimbursement. Nothing! THEY WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY.
