I ordered items from this online shop, which turned out to look completely different than the photo online. It took them more than a week to provide me with a return label. Today, 2 months after I returned the items, they sent the clothes back to me and I still haven't received a refund.
This company is a big scam and out to rip Australians off - do not order from them!
The photos appear to be a rough guide to what you may receive. The delay in processing the order is probably them wading through all the cash while laughing so hard at customer's gullibility. I wasted a lot of money but my dog is just about willing to wear one of their gloves as a scarf if it's cold enough.

There is SO much to say so I'm just going to shorten it. This company is crap. Sells cheap ugly imitations (not good ones either!) of the pictures they post. Takes forever to arrive. I'm still waiting for my 3rd item out of the same order and it was the one I was most excited about. Now, after seeing what they sent me, I'm no longer excited to get this package. They are purposely defrauding people! So disappointed, they ruined my Christmas. I'm searching the internet to leave as many NEGATIVE reviews of this company as possible so other people don't fall into this trap.

You will receive low quality junk that doesn't match the product photos. For a refund you have to mail the trash they sent you back. Don't believe the good reviews on here, justfashionnow offers discounts for good reviews. THIS SITE IS A SCAM.

I have been waiting for my item to ship for 3 weeks. I have asked for a refund since obviously this is a dirty scam of a company. There is no phone number to call and emails keep saying the same thing over and over. I will becontacting the BBB and reporting this so-called company. Never again from any stinking Asian overseas.

I've had the same experience as most with this scam of a company. They'll be shut down soon. Ordered something for my wife's birthday, was supposed to be here a week ago, and hasn't even shipped yet. Never ordered a product that takes months to ship- especially in the Amazon era. Customer service is a total joke- they want me to give them more money to (expedite) shipping and even that method would still be weeks- or so they say. False advertisement will not fly these days. I'm sure others like me have reported them. Unfortunate that people today still try to scam others. I ordered a month before her bday, and it's been two months and it hasn't even shipped. When I paid for shipping, it said 1 week. Obviously don't order from this dump.
