They are well packaged and communication is good for emailing my receipts and they always specify online if a product is out of stock (while some online sellers don't and pretend to have it in stock). JFN are nothing but crooks. I did notify the BBB and I was contacted by a PayPal Rep. I received a complete refund without having to send the scammers back their garbage. I was also assured that when enough complaints come in, PayPal addresses the larger issue. I could not get them to commit to letting me know if and when they will dissolve the business relationship. JFN is an illegitimate company who has scammed money out of our economy. JFN needs to be held accountable and return the money that they have cheated several thousand consumers out of. The individuals behind the crooked dealings of JFN need to be convicted and fined.
You will receive junk. The items are nothing like what is described on their website. Just FashionNow pulls photos straight off websites from legitimate companies and sends out poorly constructed garments that barely resemble the items that you think you are purchasing. They have a third party account with PayPal and even though one takes hours following the customer service procedure for a dispute you will not receive proper customer service. PayPal claims that because it is not a transaction directly from a personal account their hands are tied. Huge cooperations like PayPal should not get away with engaging in fraudulent business practices with other companies overseas, but they are. I believe that there are thousands of others who have been bamboozled by Just FashionNow and I would be interested in filing a class-action suit. (I am providing both images used on their website and images of what was sent out.

I was really impressed with the customer service of these boutiques! I have had trouble tracking my order and a service agent was very helpful and friendly, helping me find out where he is as he was not cooperating with me! I love this boutique
The online shopping process at this boutique was simple, but when I tried on the dress there was a problem with the zipper. I wrote to customer service and it was fixed quickly even during the holiday. They were amazing! I was delighted with their prompt service. He even gave me refund options or a store credit plus a prepaid return, everything organized. Overall excellent customer service!
