I placed an order with this company over 2 months ago. I received one of the items; however, they have not shipped the other item, even though they charged me. I have repeatedly asked for an update to the shipping, begging, pleading, asking for compassion to do the right thing, to no avail. When I send an email to their support email, I get the same standard response about putting in the Order number and specifics of the order, again, to no avail. Please do not order from them. They do not care about customer service or assisting you. I believe it is an overseas company now. I did not do my homework up front.
Just Fashion Now clothes are cheap inferior synthetic material, bad sizing, poor fit. Descriptions lie when it claims fabric content is cotton. Such poor synthetic quality that these dresses cannot be worn in public. Wasted $125 and had to wait 2 months to receive order. Even the bra was a small, when I ordered a larger size. Obviously, it is Chinese sizing--not US standard. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered 2 dresses over 2 months ago and I still have not received them. My tracking number doesn't not work. I can't track my package because it's says my package status is unavailable or my tracking number is incorrect. I'm trying to contact customer service and they don't even have a direct phone number. You can contact them thru email. I tried to email them with my complaints and the website crashes when I submit the email.
