This company should be avoided at all costs. I purchased a pair of shoes in April 2020. Whilst I accept coronavirus had a part to play in a delay to the item, it is now August and I am still being told to wait for my delivery! I've asked for a refund because they are obviously lost or stolen. The response again was to ask me to wait with no hint of a refund. I am now taking further action.
