I ordered shoes from Just Fashion now. The shoes I was sent are not the same as their online advertising. The quality was terrible. They also did not fit. I requested a refund. The refund process is the most complex I have every heard of... send them back to China at my cost, take pictures of the envelope they are in, the envelope contents, etc. Since the product ad was misleading, I thought that Just Fashion Now would choose to resolve this matter in a way that did not require me to jump through hoops, since the misleading advertising was their responsibility. I was wrong. They offered me 15% refund. After that they ignored my emails. I would never buy from the again nor recommend them to anyone I know.

The clothing I bought was fine it's just that the delivery is terrible. I waited for a month and a half to get my clothing.

I loved the site, easy to find what I was looking for. I did a second order before I received the first order and I was sorry that I did. The display photos were very different to the clothing that I received. It was my own fault for the second order, I should have waited for the first delivery to arrive, but I was so exited with what I thought I was going to receive. The material that the garments was made from was not what I though I purchased. I still love the colors but not the materials that the garment are made from. Your service is great, I have no complaints regarding that.

My Experience was not good. The things did not fit arm were tight, not to size, returning 3 items. Hope it does not take as long to refund as it did to get the items to me.

I was disappointed they didn't fit. I followed the measurements. But, I should've went down a size.

The clothes did not fit properly for me. The sizes were all too small. A XXL fits like a medium and the 3XL fits like a large. Material was very thin. The order took way too long to arrive!

Love the selections! Website a little problem understanding registration. It took a long time to get complete order.the shirt I wanted most was good quality but way too small for XL. One shirt the quality was poor. No finished sleeves or bottom. The dress I bought for a wedding is too casual and some flowers look like dye mistakes right in the center of a white area. Returns seem hard to do.

It wouldn't take my primary card and then my secondary card. It finally took my secondary card after multiple attempts. It would not send me a return label to exchange clothes. I was giving it as a gift and they didn't fit They were going to have to pay for their return

Weird how same style of item in a different pattern in the catalogue is sized different. I ordered all my items in different sizes because I went by the bust size of 42", yet 1/2 the stuff I got was to large.

Accidentally came across this website when I got to the point of frustration when I couldn't find clothing suitable for my size on the internet. What I love about this website is not only the slimmer person, but it also gives an idea of ​​the garment for a larger size.

Order took too long to arrive, the sizes are not true to that of the American size chart. And the fabric looks so clean and crisp in the photos, and is very clingy in real life. And I did not order some of the items that I received, they are substitutes. Very disappointed. Good Will... you are about to receive a $300.00 plus order... never worn. I thought we were ordering from American made... Lesson learned.

Every piece of clothing that I ordered was very cheap and did not look like the pictures on-line. I will be returning every single item for a refund. Your website is very difficult to navigate!
Now, on May 6th, I GET NO RESPONSE to my asking for a return label - you are just ignoring me - I have the products here just sitting in the same bag waiting for a return label to send all of them back. I will never wear them.

Beautiful clothes! But some fit too big and others (by the same label and same size) fit too small

I was excited to get the pieces. It did take quite a long time. And not one of them fit.

Dress order is completely unsatisfactory and return provision is such that the purchaser might as well swallow the cost of the item and move on. I will never order from this website again.

Waiting to see if they look as good in real as in the photos. I have received most of my order and am not pleased. I had intended them as gifts but am sorely disappointed.
