I kept seeing a banner for 20% off any purchase, but it was just a trick. They never gave a coupon code of that type. I waited quite a long time for delivery, but I was pleased wirh the sizing of the shirts when they arrived.

With so many choices of styles it's very hard to decide what to buy.
I love the shoes. Can't find these in USA. Always fun to look at.

Ok. Don't buy much on line. Order came in two deliveries. Not any notice of why this happened. Also must have been some foreign exchange. Order was not in Canadian dollars.

I would like to return the items that I have purchased, but it's not user-friendly how to return your items for a refund. Please help with this. Thanks Customer Sheila Taylor

Because it will cost too much to exchange my item for the correct size, I will no longer be doing business with your company. There is no reason why you cannot provide a USA size chart so your customers can be more accurate. I saw a lot of items I was interested in but will shop elsewhere. This is basically just a trap. I am positive you are losing a ton of money.

Ok... a lot of repeatitive browsing... for no reason.
You really do not need to show every color on a major page.
If someone wants that item, they will look at the colors then.

Hopefully the size charts are correct, otherwise., great

I am very satisfied with the online purchase process and how they treated me. They do a great job answering questions and really educate you especially so that you can make informed decisions about your clothes.

Terrible. No one seems to really care. I wanted to return 5 items and was told I would get a 25 per cent refund. Then many days later no one seemed to understand. It almost looked like someone was stalling for time to elapse. When I finally got the return label I immediately went to the post office and was it would cost me 300 hundred dollars to return 5 items. They do not fit properly but how can I afford to send them back? My last communication is that I would appreciate a total refund since I will have to give them to the salvation army anyway. No response. I hope I get a response soon to my satisfaction or it is JustFashion's reputation. I cannot give a good review yet!

My dresses did not fit. They were too small. I need to return them.

First time order. Came so slowly. Not the quality I anticipated. Description poor.

The clothes weren't of good quality. When you return your clothes you have to pay for the shipping.
Deceived.

Very Easy to work with as far as ordering, Pleased with the Blouse when once received, but took weeks to arrive! Was disappointed in the disappointed in the shipping cost, quite costly!

So far it is ok. I am hoping the garment quality is good.

After having to use PayPal which I hadn't had, the order went through and arrived in a fair amount of time, I liked the dress but it was way too small and I couldn't get it past my head! It is marked with my correct size. Then instead of returning it for another size or a refund (minus shipping) I was informed that it would have to be sent back to China and was offered a few dollars to keep it. I would not order anything else from them.

Material is ok. Little thin. But the sizes are for slim in shape girls with no boobs
