I just had my first problem after buying from them for a while with shipping, I guess because of the pandemic. Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond.

Easy to order, slow delivery in separate mailings. Quality is fair and sizes from one blouse to another was very different.

Do not buy from this company!

I purchased a few things from them, over the last few months. The quality of all of them was not great, but for the price I didn't complain. Recently, however, I purchased a shirt that was so poorly made that the shoulder seams on the actual shirt were half way down the arm, almost to the elbow. If I was built like a gorilla, or a quarterback, with wide shoulders, perhaps it would fit right. The photos of the shirt on their website show shoulder seams where they belong. So clearly they did not send a shirt that matches what they advertised on their website. The shirt is not wearable and there's not enough material for me to have a seamstress move the seams up to where they belong. Then the sleeves would be too short, plus it would cost me around $35 just to make this $18 shirt fit right.

I contacted the company. They offered me a full refund of the $18.86 I paid for the shirt if I spend around $30 more out of my pocket, to ship it to Guangzhou China---not the address on the return label for the company, here in the US. (I paid for it through Paypal so Paypal won't help unless I ship it back using a trackable method of shipping) and then JustFashionNow won't reimburse my shipping expenses to return the shirt and they won't refund the $12.99 shipping I paid to begin with. So I would be out approx. $42.99 in shipping costs, just to get $18.86.

I have been in contact with them numerous times. They offered a 35% credit as an alternative to returning the shirt as a final offer. That is only $6.60! I spent $31.85 including shipping, for a shirt I can't wear. A $6.60 refund is insulting. I'm certainly not going to spend another $30+. It's bad money after good.

They should not do business on Facebook or anywhere else in the USA if they are not prepared to guarantee the quality of their merchandise and make it stress-free to return an item for a FULL refund or exchange-AT THEIR EXPENSE. You get what you pay for---in this case a lot of aggravation.

The online service was very good. Here they were very responsive and answered all my questions quickly and completely.

Had a beautiful selection to choose from and really did like a lot of your designs.

Eye catching designs and colors, however it took 4 weeks to receive and the items were not as described. The map shirt back side is reversed, and the dual colored one's sleeves are live bell bottoms.

Easy to shop, the sizes are the good size, everything fits nice and the material is not cheap. What you see on the site is what you get.

Easy ordering, took three weeks to arrive and it was almost one by one. Nothing fit correctly, fabric was cheap. The Refund offer I was not satisfied with. Yes I got taken advantage of! Don't do it unless you like cheap fabric and terrible fit. Size chart is not accurate at all.

Your cloths are very bright and beautiful with fresh new designs. But too long to receive as I wanted them for my holidays. I had to go buy more dresses from a different site that arrived in two weeks. I am still waiting for the rest of my order to come only received one dress so far so I can't say I love them yet.

I don't like the shipping cost and having to pay for shipping for a return. If I have to return anything, I will most likely never shop with you again. Plus it is a long time to delivery. The clothing is

Most of my order was what I hoped and was as expected. But one item wasn't right and I attempted to return it. It seemed that the process would be too costly and therefore I gave up. Sadly I was unable to enjoy this item as they (shoes) are too small?
My only other complaint would be that the labels don't give clothing contents, but say only "cotton blend"

Impulse buying at its finest... very curious abut quality

I finally received my order this week and do not see an address of contact information for exchanges. All items are small fitting and I need to be exchanged. I love the clothes you advertise but sizing is not what I expected. How can I reach you?

I've seen a lot of negative reviews here, if everyone wants something right away then go buy it at the mall because it comes from far away (using myself as an example) and the quality is really good for the cheap prices (in my opinion) until I've gotten a lot of stuff from this website now and I'm not complaining about the shipping time because everything else is good so at least something a little bit bad had to sneak in. It's ONLINE SERVICE, I bet they try hard to ship quickly, but everyone wants their order in 3 days when it comes from another country! If you have a little patience and understand that, like you, many other people are ordering at the same time, you will be good and love this website for its good prices. And by the way, the customer service is really good, I honestly don't understand the complaints about it. My point is, I love this online boutique and will keep using it!

Communication was good but overall the quality of the clothing was poor and the items took too long from purchase date to receiving.

Thanks so much for the cool map shirts. The sleeves on the button shirt are rather short.

I love your clothes, the floral designs are beautiful. Your website is nice but I wish the descriptions were more specific to each item. Having pictures from the back and sides would also be nice to add.
