Said "cotton mix", NO COTTON AT ALL (I think all rayon), no MACHINE WASH ONLY DRY CLEAN! 2nd shirt was pencil thin and double length - couldn't get it on! A NIGHTMARE!

They have such good customer service and they make you feel important even if it's by email, they don't pressure you to buy. The images on the website are always very neat and have a wide range of discounted prices. I would totally recommend it!

The item was defective, and also was so creased it looked very unattractive, many e-mails back and forth without resolving. They offered a discount on the item but I did not want to keep it, the return instructions were complicated involving sending the parcel which was sent within Canada back to China at my own expense.
