I ordered 4 items, all in the same size. Two fit and two were way to small, and I mean way too small. I purchased the items at great prices as "final sale", which made them non-returnable. I suggest better control over labeling sizes.

It took some time for the shipment to arrive, although that's understandable these days. It would have been nice to have updates along the way, though. The products were lovely but unfortunately all the sizes were too small. Just to be safe, I ordered a size larger than I usually take, but still too small.

Great products with an easy to use web site, anyone can do this.

Shipping was good. However, I found that the quality was not what I expected. The sweater was not sewn evenly. The purse I ordered was sewn crooked with unfinished edges.

The ordering process went very well. Delivery took longer than expected but with the wait. The tops are very soft and the colours just lovely!

The shoes are too big and I can't return them for a refund.

I cannot find the items I had interest in. It seems if I don't put it into my cart right away, I cannot find them again on the website. I have spent 5 hours looking for the dress I had seen earlier today when looking for dresses. Two more I could not find again. VERY frustrating. :(

I was surprised at the good quality of the clothes for such low prices. I was pleased with every item.

Charging 9.99 $ shipping makes you an outlier as compared to your competition. You should rethink that extra cost to the consumer.

The sizing for this item is way off. I ordered a 2xl and it would probably only fit a person who wear s a medium. Return process is horrible. The shipping cost to send this item back was going to cost me more than I paid for the sweater so I gave the sweater to the Goodwill. Never will order from here again.

Not sellers fault but waiting over 2 months for delivery is exasperating

None of the items I received look like the photos shown on line. Not even the right fabric content. I went back to Just Fashion's website to post a review to warn others and that option has been disabled. I will never again not check site jabber first before placing an order with a company I have not dealt with in the past.

I am a tactile shopper, so shopping online is challenging, not your site.

I had a visa gift card to use but your site doesn't allow that. Consider adding option.

The measurement guide is misleading: the hip measurements are smaller than the waist, but surely it should be the other way round!

The multi colored sweater is really NOT what was pictured, the colors are gaudy and it's very cheap looking and thin. I'm having a hard time trying to upload the pictures required to send it back. The dress is nice, but basically a large t-shirt. Proceed with caution.
