Placed an order, received email from Just Fashion reflecting items. Sizes were wrong, they had me ordering the same item numerous times. NIGHTMARE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cancelled within 24 hours, actually same day order was placed on 10. 25. 21 but they kept sending me BS emails, completely ignoring the issues. This company needs to be investigated due to their very questionable business practices. Go figure, it is GB and China. I have all email communications between myself and this scamming company, Just Fashion Now. I have been dealing with these morons for 9 days now and they still ignore the issues and will not refund my credit card. NINE FREAKING DAYS OF DEALING WITH IDIOTS WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE WORDS "CANCEL MY OFRDER". Am hoping my credit card company can get this nightmare company out of my life and MY MONEY REFUNDED.

I was very disappointed to find your return policy was to mail items I didn't want to China! I expected the items to be made in China because of the prices. However, returns to China are not acceptable. I was pleased I decided to keep the items. I was also happy that I received a discount. Thank you.

Good - nice selection of clothing but - sizing seems to be way off and I do not like the material

THE JFN web site is slow and clunky. Will not take in colour choice etc... and the price points do not respond well and jump around. The web site needs upgrading... also COVID may influence DELIVERY TIMES... the parcel will arrive when it arrives... a to expect your parcel info would be good / or/ that it is sent off to me... which country you warehouse from for Eastern Australia Brisbane i do not know. I hope it arrives without too long a delay re shipping. Your dresses last time were 'light' weight not heavy materials.

JustFashionNow with PayPal was simplicity itself. I ordered vibrant men's shirts to brighten Halloween and Christmas, and they're amazing. Delivery in covid can be a long wait, but these weren't. Easy to order, quick delivery, exactly as advertised, and a pleasure to wear. Only negative is that daily advertising emails are for women's clothing. Not my thing.

I was sceptical about purchasing from this site as I could not find where they were located. I ordered 4 tops and was not happy with the quality, sizing and color of three of the four items. In addition 3 of 4 items don't look like the pictures at all. Several of the items had a bad odor as well. I read the return policy thouroughly and it states that you can return items and they make it sound easy. I followed the instructions. Their customer service sends the following:

"Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China." We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund for the item(s) in question as compensation; instead of returning the item(s)."

I asked for 50% of my money and they said that was too much! They want to keep 85% of my money! Thsi company knows that anyone buying from the US is going to spend more money returning these items TO CHINA. JustFashioNow is misleading customers and pocketing the money. Let's face it.the quality of the items is dirt cheap so this company is not losing out.

Now I want 75% of my money back ($100 was spent)!

I purchase the green coat with flowers on it and the dress matching this coat. What I got its a joke. Absolutely not what they advertise, Call them, they want me to send back to China on my expense. PayPal dispute, even they see the pictures of this 100% junk, everything was a lie., style, material. They didn't give me the CR, unless I will send back to China. To make my store short, don't look on this pictures, they are very attractive, I almost order again, I put this in a garbage, DON'T BUY HERE. I destroy the photo, sorry
