The pictures of your products look so good, and yet, when they arrive, the garments are made of very cheap, thin material, that has no body or shape. This dress is almost see-through! And it's not lke you could wear a slip under it, as you would see the slip through the fabric! Shipping charges seem awfully high

This was my first and last time of EVER dealing with this company. The prices are good, the pictures of the product make the quality look great, but when it finally arrived, oh my gosh it was such poor quality. The shirts/tee I bought the designs looked like they were "stamped" on, not as beautiful as the pictures. The material was flimsy. I wanted to cry when I saw myself in them. Now the return process. They make it absolutely impossible for you to get a refund. Or return the product. The items need to be sent to CHINA and YOU have to pay for ALL costs of returns. It will cost you more to ship the product back than what you paid for it! So, they offer you a 15% cash compensation... I doubt if I will ever see it.

The pages & clicking work well, easy to get around, easy to control. Would like a few more back views of the outfits... the order came in 3 parts which was rather inconvenient, most items fit well, happy with fabrics & quality, but the main piece I wanted isn't nearly the color that was shown... it is a MUCH paler blue.

Hard time getting through to use my Visa card instead of PayPal. Also having a Very difficult time returning item!

Considering the cost of these shirts I expected the graphics to be silk-screened. Instead, I got cheap plastic-like "decals". I doubt that I will be spending money in the future with this company. I live on SS and have to be very careful about spending money and I'm not impressed with the "quality" of your products.

Some of the items do not fit and will need to be altered.
The white dresses are thin and transparent. Solved by purchasing a slip.
Overall great quality.

The sizes were not standardized, even when matched with the same measurements one top was an XL and another was a 3X (and the 3X was too small). The shoes were of low quality and bent in the middle. I tried to return several items and did get the mailing label from you, but the cost to return the items was to China so it was prohibitively expensive and I will just donate the clothes and shoes to a charity. Given that I cannot trust the sizing and returns are impossible, I will not be shopping with your company again.

Bracelets were cheap looking, and the material of the clothing is flimsy.

Enjoyed flash sale shopping. Prices were budget friendly.

Ordered a small and the blouse was huge. Put it in my donation bin.

I like that I can easily go back to find more and don't have to back space all the time. Stunning clothes too.

Some good and some not so good so would be more careful in ordering from them next time.

I received 4 items from an order of which none fit. Went through what it said to do about returning items, you have to wait 48 hours for an email with a return label. After 3 days I did an online chat that offered me 15% to keep the items. I told her I didn't need 4 tops that didn't fit. She said then you want to pay to have them sent back to China, go through customs and wait months to get your money back. Of course I don't want to do that and didn't know that I would have to pay international shipping charges.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the fabric and delivery took much longer than I anticipated.

I ordered a pair of shoes and when they arrived, the smell about knocked me out. The shoes did not fit and when I asked the company for a return, they offered me 15% and said I could keep the shoes or I could ship back to Hong Kong on my dime. Horrible Toxic product, Don't Waste your money!
