All merchandise received in my size was cut to small across the chest and arms. I've returned merchandise for full refund.
I ordered 5 dresses all size small. 2 of them were too small. The other 3 were too big & not as pictured in the ads. I appreciated the refund offer, rather than the hassle and expense of mailing the items back to China. Needless to say, despite the refund I sustained quite a loss. Not sure if I would order from there again, since the sizing nor the ads can be trusted.

It's not clear from the onset that you can't return items that don't fit properly without a large shipping cost. I ordered sizes I commonly order and none fit. I gave away a substantial amount (my costs & number of items). The cost of returns for the customer should be made clearf. Not good customer service practice.
I didn't know that I could not return items. One dress I ordered was too small. I met all the requirements for information and timeliness and after a drawn out conversation on the phone giving the same info over and over I received a text telling me that returning items to China could incur custom fees, shipping and other significant expenses which I would be responsible for. They offered me a refund of 15% instead. I will not buy from these folks again. Too easy to order the wrong thing since the sizes don't run true.

Pay attention to the sizing. Two of the Maxie dresses were about 8 inches too long, I'm 5'6!
I paid extra shipping to get my order in 3 to 5 days. After two weeks they agreed to pull my order back and then an additional week to finally get a credit placed with my credit card. I would not recommend this company

I was pleased with the quality of the item but when I tried it on it was too short for my age.
When I tried to get a return voucher I could not get the return. I typed with e-mail and you responded to face book which I was not on at that time. However I finally got onto chat with someone and was offered a 40% discount if I would keep the item. So I agreed However the end result was 15% off as they said returning the item to China would take a long time and I would have to pay the cost of postage as well as duty fees etc. I found this rather upsetting due to the fact that you advertise a Money Back Guarantee. However to be honest your guarantee does not state how much money back you get. It was a very disappointing experience for me as it was my first time of order from you.

Comme il faut payer pour le retour, et que peut-être certains retours seront refusés à la fin, c'est très incertain de retourner des articles. Ce qui m'incite à garder des articles qui ne me serviront pas.
Donc je me promet de ne plus commander.
De plus, j'ai eu de la fraude sur ma carte de crédit, suite à mon achat. J'ai eu un message me disant que je devais payer des douanes. C'était de la fraude. Par la suite j'ai eu plusieurs achats frauduleux sur cette même carte.

Some of the photos of the products are misleading and the product does not actually look like the photo you saw. Other items are great! Because everything is so affordable, I just donate the items that don't work. Generally, this site has better customer service than their competitors. It takes 3-4 weeks to receive the products
