First i ordered 1 million tiktok view, i got nothing and when i asked them does the views divide in several tickets they didnt answer if they divide between videos or are they profile views in general!
In the end i did not get a single profile view nor videos views and they refused to refund me and now i will charge back and i will ruin their life.

Scam basically once you deposit money there you got scammed and thats about it. Deposited money in there EVERY service dont work and they're $#*!ing scammers. No refunds no even canceling

Just Another Panel is an absolute scam. You pay for "real followers" and "quality engagement," and all you get are cheap bots that disappear within hours and, worst of all, end up getting your account suspended or restricted. In my case, I lost an Instagram account I had been building for years.
I spent 250 USD, and when I requested a full refund, they refused to return anything. In other words, they keep your money even when the service was never fulfilled. That's not a mistake — it's blatant theft and false advertising.
I've already opened a dispute with my bank and I'm preparing an official complaint for fraud and misleading advertising. If you're reading this: DO NOT deposit a single dollar into JustAnotherPanel. There are hundreds of people in the same situation, and this site keeps operating because people don't report it enough.
Avoid this panel at all costs. It's not worth the risk or the headache. Lost money and damaged reputation.

This panel not use. I order 10 day gone but not complete-- he not complete work and not refund money. Only he say my order is review--- but alreday 10 day gone -- but same answer.

If I could give JAP a -100/10 rating, i would. I ordered discord members 2 weeks ago, the maximum time it should take to reach is 24 hours. It's been 2 f*cking weeks, and I have 2 support tickets open. They can't even cancel my order. They are saying that they can and that they will refund me after the cancellation but its been a week since I told them to cancel it. Horrific services, please stay away.

I tried it 2 years ago, the service and customer care were terrible. I'll try using it again this year to see if it's better? But it's really too bad. The first orders were processed in sufficient quantities. Later, when I bought 5000,000 views, I only received 3000,000. When I bought 2000,000, I received 1000,000. I asked for customer service and they said the service was not guaranteed. Really like a scam.

Then they blocked the support conversation. No respect for customers.

Services are 50/50, either will deliver, drop or just get cancelled without explanation.
When they do deliver, there are often drops days later.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. They take many days to answer tickets, completely ignore your message and respond with generic replies. Tickets are closed on you to prevent you asking follow up or disputing.
No refunds are issued, no refills are completed. You're just left in limbo indefinitely in hopes you give up on your money.

After a service does not deliver. When asking for why a service was cancelled, they tell you to open up a new ticket. In a new ticket they tell you all services are working, when placing an order, it is cancelled or processed for days and then gets refunded without explanation, and round and round this process goes.

Customer service is absolutely useless, services are way to expensive and unpredictable. More harm done than good.

Do not use this panel for any reason what so ever, save your money go to literally anybody else.

Prices are higher. Services do not work. They used to refund when things do not start, now they are not. Over half of what I order never starts and again, the prices are high. You can easily find the same exact service from who supplies them for 50% off of what they charge.

I've just lost $12 BTC to this site.it was deducted from my wallet and up till now I can't find it in my JAP account

Received an email saying my API had been changed, and that if i did not make the change i needed to update my password and API. Logged into the site and saw multi orders which i not make. I hadn't used my account for a while, it had been hacked and $15 had been used. Contacted JAP and they denied it was hacked and said the orders came from the same IP which is clearly a lie. I asked if there had been a data breach which they ignored. Definitely an inside job, they are using the balance from peoples account that haven't been active hoping no one would noticed

Firstly so difficult to transfer some money to JAP, that site explode my brain for the past 3 days and finally I make that transfer, confirmed by my platform (Binance) and never received the payment, obviously. So don't use this site except if you wanna lose money!

I have been an ELITE CUSTOMER of JustAnotherPanel.com who has spent over $5000+ at their platform but wasnt keeping regular tab on the orders placed.

Once I started keeping tab and refunds of services that were not delivered, I noticed that JAP was scamming me without posting an actual refund of the services which were not completed. They only mention that refund has been posted by closing tickets but refund money is never posted to your funds in the JAP account.

I was given run around by the customer support and still no solution or refund. See attached screenshots of the customer support with no solution!

Just Another Panel website is totally fraud and should be completely avoided!
