I just hung up the phone to confirm if my return had arrived back to your company. This is my first return from all the jewelry that I have purchased. However, there has been a few times more than often, that I've received customer service agents that were "nice nasty" and could pretty much feel their prejudice across the phone line. It's very disheartening and rude.
The unpleasantness is an unwanted feeling that echoes "we don't want your business". It's so sad.
Shocked to see such bad reviews! Been shopping with JTV for years. I find their customer service to be excellent and their jewelry is good with great pricing. No complaints at all!

Seeing Paula Deen last night on JTV really hit home for me. I used to buy lots of gems and jewelry from JTV. My recent order got lost and I had a terrible time with customer service to finally get my money back. So that made me think more about the whole company. I knew that Paula Deen was selling her jewelry after having been kicked off the Food Network for racist comments! But then I reflected, I don't see anything but white faces on the programs. I'm white and sometimes I forget to notice these things. But JTV seems to be doing nothing in these days of racial tensions to take a stand against racism. Many networks have not only hired more Black people and people of color but are also supporting their businesses. Where is JTV? Only conclusion: Racism reigns supreme there.

I have purchased many items from JTV, over $1,000, maybe even $2,000 just to find out months later that their 100% silver items tarnish after cleaning AND THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I bought the cleaner from a jewelry store, it wasn't just some crap from a less reputable store. Followed the directions to the T only to have my jewelry turn yellow and tarnish! Called JTV spoke to several people (supervisors, customer service, etc) the only option they would offer was to buy another of the same item, my chain alone was over $150.00 and they refuse to do Anything except ask me to spend more money. There policies are garbage and so is their jewelry! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND STAY AWAY!

After being a loyal customer to this company for many many years the credit card company they work with closed my account for no reason which damaged my credit score, and has ticked me off to the point I will no longer be shopping with them. There was no letter, no explanation, and I had no clue until I placed an order which was confirmed. When my item didn't arrive I attempted to track it an was redirected to a page staying shipment was awaiting payment resolution. Again to there was no contact from the company or credit card company concerning the matter. To top it all off they are still sending me emails trying to bait me to buy the item, and the whole thing is one huge slap in the face. I have several other cards with several other companies I will now be getting my stuff from. Such poor customer service to someone who has spent thousands of dollars with them over the years, and I can't even get a letter or a phone call, and it's unacceptable.

By the time your host stop talking and get around to the item and it's price I've switched stations. They ya with each other waaaayyyyyy too much. Probaly would buy some items but get tired of waiting fir the people to shut up and get item price out

Just an FYI here.
This company refuses to stop sending solicitation emails. I originally unsubscribed via the email link provided. Ten days later I logged in to the account I originally created and changed my email address. Seven days after that, I reached out to their Customer Service- this was done. None of these options have stopped the emails from arriving.

I realize that Paula Deen said some things that were racist. I know that she has apologized numerous times I don't know what else the woman can do. I ordered the ruby band ring on rhe 15 of May seen it on live tv. It has 7 rubies in the sterling silver band. I received it today on the 18th and it's more gorgeous in person I just love it. I purchased a 2 carat diamond cocktail ring on January 14th it is now March 12th and three of the diamonds have falling out and one of the baguette is completely crushed I've had this ring Less Than 3 months, have wanted maybe four times. I called them and they tell me they have to charge me $20 just to look at it and charge an additional fee to fix it. I did not know about the bad reviews on diamonds but I'm not paying them to fix this ring that I just purchased. I did the 5-month FlexPay this is my second payment that they took 3 days early I am going to send it back if they accept it or not it is being sent back to them. I highly recommend don't by any diamonds from JTV

I've been buying from JTV for years! I have hundreds of items. I have noticed a number of items I have bought that are "gold over" have worn off. Both yellow gold and rose gold. Very disappointing. Will stick to strictly sterling from them for now on.

I have been long time customer with JTV just about as long as they have been on air. In the first years the gem stones were clear, the silver was heavy and well made. I started noticing that in the last 10 years or so that most of there products is made in China. The jewelry is poorly made, rings are thin, and the stones are cloudy. It is a hit a miss if you order items from them now. I have sent back more items in the last 9 years because of poor quality. Cloudy jem stones, and the repair shop. I have ordered many tems, recently tormelin rings where the stones where only three colors all group together and cloudy.
I have asked to exchange items and they are still cloudy stones and just as bad as the first order. I order a large cross with red garnet, rhodolite garnet, and black spinal, When I first received it, I noticed it was bent in several places. I sent it back to be repaired over a month ago and customer service keeps telling me that it has not been repaired yet. I am sort of nervous because I don't know how good the jewelers are at repairing items. I have been a Looooong Time customer 20 years or more and once I get my cross back, I seriously doubt if I will order anything else from JTV! Until they take control of the quality of their products, I would say don't order anything that you see the host wearing on TV! They will take the best one of the items shown, and you will get low quality items when you order them. Ever since they have source out their products to China and Thailand you can expect poor quality. They are more interested in the almighty dollar than customer satisfaction now, and there prices for just silver jewelry with nay stones are sky high and what you get is junk. Even if the items are 5 star ratings I am still leary of ordering. When I have ordered these items, I still got duds. They have beautiful designs, but poorly made, I wonder If these are new customers don't know how the good quality jewelry is supposed to look like?

My Aunt (87 years young) thought she was investing for the future. I have tried to sell her loose gems she has collected thru the years, as she needs to have income for her rent. (Almost $50,000 spent if not more at JTV the last 10 years). NO ONE WANTS THEM. THEY ARE NOT REAL!

I am a jeweler and store owner in Pennsylvania. My wholesaler and I decided a few years ago to test what was being described with what we actually received. Being advertised was a pair of 2ctw "eye clean" white diamond earrings for $199.! Now I realized immediately they could not aff ok Rd to sell what they were describing for that price. Eye clean is a gemology term that indicates the stones are if Si or better. What we were sent were murky brown diamonds that looked more like rock salt than gemstone! Of course... the station wanted me to prove the sales person on the air actually said they were eyeclean... good thing we were prepared with our video recorder!. Please research what you are shopping for so you dont throw away your hard earned money. Just because it sparkles doesnt mean its real!

If you order gemstones in sterling silver you'll probably be satisfied. If you order in 10k or 14k you won't unless you've spent hundreds to thousands of dollars.The gold is thin and cheap. They show good quality items on Air, but send lesser quality to buyers. The White Diamonds are usually not good quality when Misty says they are. Misty is my favorite as she has personality, however doesn't speak proper English. Prices change constantly and shipping is high. I love JTV but in many ways I'm very disappointed too.

From the moment I heard that Paula Deen was going to have a show and a line of merchandise on your network I turned off JTV for good. I am appalled that JTV would hire a known bigot and racist, and promote her merchandise. I thought JTV was an inclusive entity - not one wishing to exclude anyone based on color, religion, gender identity, etc. I cannot tell you how to run your business, but you will not be getting any more of mine. After literally THOUSANDS of orders, I will never be placing another one.

Answer: As a longtime shopper, I can vouch that the gemstones are real. If it's a lab-created version of more expensive gems (i. E. Lab Emerald, Lab Ruby, CZ, etc), the title & description will reflect that. Although quality control is hit & miss, I've tested/appraised hundreds of stones from JTV & haven't had any issues with authenticity. Their treatment disclosures are pretty good for the industry. Might I suggest perusing eBay, too? Lots of resalers (like me) can offer better prices on legit stones & jewelry... plus you get the benefit of knowing your seller has already checked for cracks, chips, etc. To be safe, only buy from US sellers & ask questions to ensure they can respond with some knowledge about their goods. Answer: I have several pieces of Moissanite set in Platineve and have not had any problems. I've had some of my pieces for a few years and am happy with the way they have held up. Moissanite is more expensive than CZ's and I wouldn't expect anything less from Charles & Colvard to set these stones in to. Hope this helps!
