I purchased a diamond initial necklace on line after purchase received an email the next day that the initial I requested was out of stock. When I asked why it wasn't indicated that it was out of stock before I purchased I got a very lame excuse that if it was in stock it would of said in stock but I'm a first time buyer so how would I know that.
And when I finally received my necklace I wasn't pleased with the size or shape did not look as advertised.
