The service was absolutely amazing. Very quick delivery and when I needed to exchange the ring for a different size, their help services were very quick and knowledgeable with their responses. They actually had to reorder the ring from the designers and I was a bit worried that it would take a while for my exchange to go through. The return process was fast and painless and I was able to receive my exchange within a matter of weeks, which was perfect! Over all I was very pleased with my purchase and would definitely go back to J. R. Dunn again!

Originally did not order because of requirement to sign for delivery, which is difficult for me. Was told that I could pickup from UPS store. When i picked up my order I had to pay $10. I would never have ordered if I had known that. Love the necklace, but not John Hardy's delivery policy.
