2 day shipping was misleading. It was 2 day shipping AFTER you ordered it. More like 2 weeks.
The phone support was first class. I had a very knowledgeable person on the phone who walked me through he choices and the return policy.
Impressed by how customer services contacted me to let me know that the product i purchased was out of stock and that they had to order it for them to complete my order. And even more impressed that it arrived before the expected arrival date! Will be ordering from u guys again!

Was told at first that the bracelet was unavailable, but that they'd check with Tacori. After a few hours, they confined it was available and would get it before Christmas.
Since I'm purchasing on line, it is important to know I can return items for a refund if I don't like them in person.
The entire experience from finding the merchandise I was seeking online to making the actual purchase ran smoothly. I felt confident in choosing JR Dunn for the first time. The only issue I had was that I did NOT receive a confirmation of my purchase which caused a bit of alarm for me. I contact JR Dunn and they told me that the product was shipped and that I should receive the merchandise in a day or two. The merchandise did come and I was pleased with the outcome.

Wonderful - so glad I found your site and am excited to receive my bracelet.
A flawless experience.I had an issue with the clasp; I wasn't sure how to open it. I called the store never thinking that anybody would help me during this Christmas season,but sure enough the woman that answered the phone actually helped me!She walked me through it and it was very easy! I was blown away that a live person even answered the phone and actually helped me. Within 60 seconds the clasp was opened, I was blown away!
