The process of purchasing this item could not have been anymore easier. The chat was promptly there for questions I had, the confirmation and the shipment of my order was very prompt. I couldn't be more satisfied with the shopping experience.

I still don't know the details about the return policy because the link to the information was broken on the website and it was too late in the day to have a live chat with an Expert. I trust there will be no re-stocking fee if the Michele band I bought does not attach properly to my watch head (as has happened before with another retailer) and it needs to be returned?

The Jade piece is stunning and when it arrived, it surpassed my expectations. The only issue I had was the "next day delivery" deal proved impossible to execute.
