This is an extremely high-end, service-oriented jewelry store. It is family owned and run. All of the employees are super nice and super knowledgeable. They listen to your needs and then fulfill. I have bought jewelry and watches previously. This past experience was really terrific. I worked with Andrew who was able to obtain for me a Rolex two-tone Submariner with a blue face (Bluesey). These watches are hard to get and Andrew came through and delivered as promised.
If you are looking to be catered to and get quality-oriented products then this is the place for you. Thank you!
The watch, supposedly checked before delivery, arrived with a major defect and cannot be correctly timed. Despite the contacts, no real solution was offered to me. I am told a delay of several months for a repair and still it is not sure that there are parts because the limited series is over. It's a real scandal and I'm still waiting for the solution. I sent the photos and they sent me a user manual denying the whole problem. Since more news, I am told to fend for myself.
I ordered two necklaces, one of which was shipped quickly within 2 days, and one which was out of stock. I promptly received an email letting me know that one was out of stock with timing for when it would be shipped. Excellent communication. The necklaces arrived securely and in perfect packaging. I'll look to J.R. Dunn for future jewelry needs!
I love the Mikimoto necklace i bought but the earring were so dirty when I received. Customer service has pretty fast response to help me solve the problem.
