Initial comments...I've never shopped at this website and will delay judgement until contents arrive. I do not like the idea of keeping my credit card on file.
Post experience...I couldn't find the bracelet in the type of beads my wife desired and had practically given up until I found JR Dunn via Google. I made a mistake in the ordering of the gift and JR Dunn's customer service team quickly corrected my error.
The product came in a couple of days disguised as a box containing a book etc. with several plain boxes within. Attached to the bracelet package was a handwritten note of thanks (a lost art and a nice touch!)
My wife loved the bracelet and I've become a customer of JR Dunn!

I've ordered three times online from J.R. Dunn. Each time the website said the item was in stock and would be shipped immediately. Each time the item was NOT in stock and had to be ordered; delivery was delayed by several days to several weeks. I had to call customer service to find out what was going on a particular item two times. I was not informed about a delay by J.R. Dunn or the jewelry company that was shipping the item to me until I called customer service. On another item, I could not apply my points online. I had to contact customer service again. I don't like the triple packaging on sent items. I got a big box (actually an envelope in a box in a box) for a pair of earrings! Ridiculous.
