Easy navigation on website; however, various options shown online on product is not available. Would be great if website is updated based on availability of inventory-got a call that what I had ordered was not available, but sales person offered another product which was acceptable but not really my first choice. Disappointing but overall service is very good! Also, free shipping is appreciated!
