Unfortunately due toCV19 we were unable to travel to Japan but the refund process was easy and we will hopefully obtain another pass when we can travel again.

Quick and easy

The process for getting our passes was quick and easy. Due to travel bans however, we were forced to return our tickets. The team processed this quickly and transparently. Big thank you for your generosity during this time.
