I ordered a beach themed pillow. They sent me a cheap yellow plastic vase. I asked to get my money back. They wouldn't do it until I sent hem back the cheap plastic yellow vase made in China. When I mentioned reputable sites like LL Bean would do it without batting a eyelash, the customer support supervisor said someone may want to buy that cheap China made plastic yellow vase and I should buy a new box and ship it back. I wouldn't buy anything from here again. The cheap vase made it's way to the Goodwill. Maybe someone paid 50 cents for it rather than the $30 I lost on the pillow.

As a designer, I have found Joss and Main to be one of my favorite sites to find GOOD DEALS for my clients... I have also personally ordered many items from Christmas gifts, hostess gifts and large pieces of furniture and never once have had a problem with delivery or the product - Oh! One time I did receive a defective product but Joss and Main we're quick and efficient in taking care of it - so much so I almost forgot it was a problem!

Excellent choice of merchandise. Quality is good, sometimes exceeds the price. Ive not returned anything, so assume that is also efficient. Very diverse styling and designs available. Great to see Modern and Contemporary merchandise available at reasonable costs. Would only ask for more. Would also like to see more dog/cat/other pet merchandise.
Fail! Still waiting 7 weeks later for a sofa promised in 3 days. Buyer beware----lies and terrible customer service. Missed 6 "promised" delivery dates, took time off work and was actually told that if nobody was home they "would leave my sectional sofa in my driveway" and that they done bring furniture inside the home unless you pay an extra $250.00!' Wtf! Stay away zero stars
I have found this site to be really helpful. I have gotten a few things that I couldn't locate in a store. I have been very satisfied with everything I have bought. My disappointment happens when I decide to buy something and it is sold out.

They have just about everything for decorating your home! If you like to browse then give yourself an hour at least. The only downside is when it comes to colors and how your computer sees it.

I've ordered several items from Joss & Main over the past month and all but one are going back due to extremely low quality. They do a terrific job of making things look good in photos, but what you actually get is no where near the value in which you pay. The quality is the cheapest of the cheap. Of the four furniture items recently purchased, one didn't even survive shipping to the house.
I enjoyed shopping on your site. I found exactly what I was looking for. However, when I receive it I hope it fits in the space in my closet I have allocated for it.
Ordered a Butler Furniture brand "Summerton Armchair" from them. In the pic, it looks like butter yellow fabric. The chair arrived timely, but it's TAN stripe. Also the chair is in 8 pieces and must be assembled! And to cap it all off, the back of the chair has a grease stain on it right in the middle, and the backing on the bottom was left untrimmed. Even the wood finish in the pic was deceptive. It's supposed to be whitewashed, but it's painted MDF. Butler and J&M should be ashamed and anyone thinking of buying this chair should think again. BTW, the delivery guy said it was from "Wayfair" and when I said, No, Joss and Main, he replied that a lot of folks say that, but it came from Wayfair, so I guess they own J&M. Beware.
