Joss & Main is fantastic. I am so in love with this site. They have such a huge variety of everything you could ever want or need. Shipping is always on time, wrapping is always adequate and then some. On the rare occasion something goes wrong (it was another Co. Shipping)- J&M takes your happiness to the next level and does whatever it is to satisfy your shopping experience with them. No, I am not paid to say this. I have been shopping with them for over a year now and have been 100% happy and that has never happened before.

The product quality, ease of ordering, service, variety and prices on this site are just fantastic. There are some absolutely unique items here, from linens to furniture. I have ordered three times now and have never been disappointed.
I had Rewards Dollars, which the website clearly stated would be automatically credited to at checkout. That didn't happen, but I have contact Joss and Main via email... waiting for a reply. Hopefully, they are not willing to lose a return customer over such a small amount of money.

I buy things that need to finish off a room or a setting. I decorated a cabin on a river and I used Joss and Main as my "Accessory Adjuct". It really is good for unique gifts if you can think ahead. I ordered two "rag rugs" to use in the cabin dinning area and into the kitchen. They were fabulous! The shipping actually gets to you in a reasonable time. Other websites are not so timely.
What a great place to find items that are not available at your shoebox stores/malls. Each purchase I have been satisfied with the quality and uniqueness of. If you have some time on your hands and you want one place to search for something, you found it!

I have ordered many items from this website and the customer service is #1, without a doubt! I unfortunately received a damaged piece of furniture and the customer service team had another one sent out no if's and's or but's, they handled it in a timely and courteous manner... I continue to enjoy the Daily Sales and all the products they post daily & weekly, you will not be disappointed shopping here!
Then you call and they say it sold out... probably on had one piece to hook you into giving your email so they can email every and multiple times a day.

I wish i could do 0 stars, lying thieving money hungry scheming company. Offers gift certificates but does not have a system in place or operating to let customers use said gift certificate. Joss and Main offers one price for an item, allows customers to purchase that item and then cancels the order days later. After canceling order due to non sufficient stock a day later adds it back to their website with a $10 price increase. Joss and Main said it's not their fault the price was wrong, then whose was it? Maybe your incompetent workers or your non-pleasing managers who really don't help much?
I ordered a set of sheets and have found them to be very poor quality. Nthey are supposed to be 600count Egyptian cotton sateen, but they are very thin and don't feel soft at all. My first time ordering from this site and I don't think I will order from them again.
I tried to purchase a gift card for my sister (who loves this store) last year and I tried to do it again this year and now I remember why it never went through. The company makes it very difficult to navigate their website. It took me a while to even find the option to purchase a gift card. Once I found that, I tried to add it to the cart to purchase and it gave me an error that said my password is incorrect. No problem, I clicked on the link to reset. Went to my email address and clicked on the reset password link. I type in my password twice and it gives me an error - no details on why it didn't work. It is beyond frustrating! I'll take my money elsewhere.
