Once you have created an account and selected the watch you are wanting to purchase everything is smooth sailing after. Jomashop is really a great company that offers designer watch for a fraction of the retail cost but the value of their product is the same b/c the products are REAL!

Very good about quality, but when i order edox watch, i must waiting 2 months. After that, you tell me this one is out of stock and refund for me. Such a long long time to buy

Received Ray Bans aviators with a defect in lens. Joma offered a credit upon return and evaluation, Could not offer a replacement guarantee due to item potentially not being in stock. Wife decided to live with defect but not cool for a nearly $100 pair of shades.

Cheap product. Broke quickly. I tried to use their app and there are so many popups. I tried to call customer service. Was hung up on 3 times before starting the convo

Watch is taking a long time to process and has not shipped out. Can be very frustrating. Overall good prices but have had bad experiences with quality control.

The web site is well designed and it is easy to find great deals. The products are very detailed with photos. Shipment is very fast. The Prices are more than fair. I will buy from again. Soon!
