I have purchased watches and sunglasses over the last 24 months and I have been 100% satisfied with the pricing and well as the service. I would highly recommend them!
I'll start by saying your prices are phenomenal and your watches are legitimate. That is why I buy from you. I will say though that it's a gamble when I buy because you have the worst customer service I've ever encountered. If there is something wrong with the watch you do nothing about it. My fiance bought me a Movado and it came broken and scratched. You did nothing to fix the problem and your representatives were beyond rude. I had to spend $200 to have it fixed at a watch dealer.
The jomashop rep was able to match the price from another web site, helped me make arrangements for payment from multiple sources, and ship me my Rolex - all within 3 hours on Monday morning. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attentiveness to my needs. Great customer service!

I purchased my dream michele watch from Jomashop. It had been out of stock for a while and I was waiting for it to come back into their inventory. I got the email that it was back and I ordered just in time, because they sold out so quickly after that. The watch was pakaged in all of its original michele packaging with everything included that you would get if you purchased from a nordstrom or michele's website-just at an unbeatable price. I would definitely purchase from jomashop again.

Received defective DOA watch winder. Called Customer Service. Dysfunctional rep insisted that I would be required to pay return postage and restocking fee. I asked why only to learn that it was JomaShop's policy and it is carved in stone for eternity. The rep was unyielding and hateful. Goodbye JomaShop.
