I cannot overstate how angry and frustrated I am with Jomashop. I ordered two perfumes on August 14th. One shipped normally, but the second one was delayed. Because it was meant to be a time-sensitive gift, I specifically called on August 18th and paid an extra $14.99 for expedited 2-day shipping. Their agent confirmed it. I even called again before it shipped, and they confirmed AGAIN that it was set for expedited delivery. Guess what? They lied. They shipped it UPS Ground anyway. The package was scheduled to arrive September 2nd, which made it completely useless for my deadline. I basically paid extra money for NOTHING. This is fraudulent and dishonest business practice. When I tried to fix this, I was bounced between clueless reps who had no authority, and a so-called "supervisor" named Jordi who promised to call me back. He never did. Not once. I wasted HOURS on hold, being lied to, brushed off, and treated like my problem didn't matter. By the time it arrived, the gift occasion was ruined. Their only "solution"? A useless "you can return it" and a promise that maybe I'd see my $14.99 back in 5–7 business days. Absolutely insulting. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and has no respect for their customers' time or money. They failed to deliver the service I paid for, they failed to communicate honestly, and they failed to take responsibility. I will NEVER shop with Jomashop again. If you value reliability, customer service, or basic human decency—stay away.

I placed an order for a watch on Jomashop.com on July 15th and paid in full, including customs duties and VAT. The estimated delivery time was 10 business days, yet the item never arrived. After multiple interactions with customer service representatives (Regine and James), I was repeatedly asked to "be patient." After 20 days, I submitted several refund requests, but received no response whatsoever. It has now been 40 days with no product and no refund. This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this company.

We ordered a luxury watch from Jomashop as a special gift, and it arrived damaged right out of the box. The damage was immediately visible, and we never removed any tags or attempted to wear or fix the watch. We carefully placed it back in the original packaging and returned it right away.
Despite doing everything by the book, Jomashop refused to take responsibility. They claimed the watch wasn't returned in original condition — a false accusation! Their customer service was completely unhelpful, and we were left with an incomplete refund for a product that was defective from the start. We are missing $380.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If you're considering buying something valuable from Jomashop, be aware: if something goes wrong, they will not back you up. We will not be purchasing from them again.
