Wanted to return a watch I ordered, I just didn't like it. First, they do not provide a return label, you pay, no matter the reason for the return. Second, you have to ask for their permission to return the item, and wait for them to send you an RMA form. You'd better read that RMA carefully, because it seems they're making every effort not to refund your money. Still waiting for my refund. I won't use them again, not ever.

My girlfriend was delighted with her new Victorianox Swiss Army watch from Jomashop. She admired mine, also from Jomashop, so I got her the ladies model. It a great stainless steel diving watch. The retail price is modest but Joma brings it home for much less. Same watch. Sapphire crystal, Swiss accuracy and design. She just stared at it out of the box. Good sign.

Ordered watch with 2 day delivery. Didn't get any confirmation. A MONTH later i get charged by these $#*!s and they finally deliver the watch i already bought by that time. YES, they still charged me for two days. And, for some reason, they are not refunding this.

This company is amazing. They have great deals on watches regularly and offer a warranty outside if the factory warranty.
