This is my first time using Joma as introduced by my friend. Initially I was kind of concern whether such online platform is genuine but after I received the item I was so delighted that not only is genuine the item was properly packed.
The little downside was the time taken for the delivery which is understandable.

I knew exactly what I wanted to get and I got it through the website. I found out about the website through the internet, and was confident the products are authentic. The unenjoyable experience started after my purchase. I would receive over 10 marketing emails daily. The unsubscribe button does not work, even after trying to unsubscribe using different browsers and different devices. Even after contacting customer support regarding this issue, the unsubscribe was not immediately resolved. I had to go through a few back and forth with the rep to finally get it resolved. (I also had to block *******@jomashop.com so that your emails would stop). It's very intrusive and really detracts from the shopping experience.
They're products are cheap and are hella good. I will forsure be buying from them again.
