JomaShop's customer service is top notch. I had a minor issue with one of my orders and they were understanding and able to fix it very quickly. Unless they don't carry a specific watch you're looking for there isn't a need to shop anywhere else. Their prices are always the best, and shipping is very fast and safe.

Hi Jomashop, my order is M36C7216. I am so surprised when you said you heard that I'm satisfied with my recent purchase. NO WAY, I'm totally disappointed, upset and I will never order anything in Jomashop again. How can I'm satisfied when I haven't received my order package yet, although I ordered over 1 month. I ordered on 14- February, but up to now, 28- March, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?
And when I complained why I still haven't received my order, however my package arrived in Vn on 03-March, you just asked me patient, asked me continue waiting, and asked me contact to DHL?
Why I have to contact to DHL while it's Jomashop's responsibility?
But I still tried to contact to DHL eCOMMERCE, and I realized, DHL eCommerce Solutions is currently not represented in Vietnam. And when I sent the email to Dhl eCOMMERCE, they asked me contact my shipper or online shop to discuss options.
So, what's going on? How can I do to receive my package order?
I'm so boring and so disappointed within Jomashop's attitude in solving customer's trouble.
I complained many times but no one help me find my package order.
If you can't deliver my order, refund my money.

The packaging was great and the delivery was fast. I try not to use too much plastic so I was a bit bothered with the extra stickers but I understand some people like it. Maybe this can be an option at check out if they want freebies like that.
