I recently have started use the Jomashop, and really have fun to use it. The shipping is so fast and no fake goods I received, it's the important thing for me. In the future I will always use the Jomashop.

I purchased two bottles of my signature perfume, Atelier Clementine California from Jomashop. I usually purchase it from Sephora in store, but the fragrance is no longer sold in the U.S. I was sent either fake or damaged bottles. The packaging was perfect but the scent was no where close. I have a bottle I use everyday and what I received in NO WAY smells anything like the fragrance I purchased at Sephora and have used for years. It actually doesn't smell like perfume at all, just alcohol wipes. When I contacted customer service they said someone on their staff would inspect and smell the product to determine if my complaints were true and I would still be charged for return shipping and for their cost of shopping it to me which was originally free. DON'T BUY PERFUME FROM THEM. There are multiple reviews stating the same, fake or bad product and poor customer service.

I ordered 2 watches from Jomashop. One of them is the Citizen Promaster Blue Angels with a BLUE face. What I received was the version in BLACK. After speaking with "customer Svc", I sent pictures of the order showing BLUE & of the watch showing clearly it is BLACK.

All I've received so far is an argument.

Update...I disputed the charge with my bank & Jomashop switched the picture of the watch on their site to deceive the bank. Luckily I had a picture of the watch when I ordered it.

Update #2. Jomashop bribed me with $20 to keep the incorrect watch & remove my review...NO. Then they agreed to take the watch back if I paid $12.95 for shipping & remove the review...NO. Lastly they agreed to take the watch back for no-charge shipping only if I removed the review...NO.

I wonder how many people remove their bad reviews that we consumers don't know about.
