For one of my cousin, I ordered a watch with JomAShop on Sunday Feb 3rd, After placing the order i realized my cousin didn't like the watch and immedaitely cancelled the order on same day after 3 hours of placing the order. Next day morning i got an eMail saying your order is ready to be shipped, i was confused and contacted their customer service right away. They said they cant stop it because its arleady shipped. I have asked them how can they ship it even though i immeadiately cancel the order, but they stopped responding to my eMails after that. I tried calling customer service, but its waste of time. Always you will be in line and your number will be some 20/30+. Even though i got the watch, i would never buy any more from this store. With this kind of support, now questions arise on the authentic of their business. I dont know whether my watch is genuine or not. So i have decided to stay out of this store even though the deals are good..
Fantastic the place place for shopping for that watch that nobody has
First off, I bought this watch from Jomashop for $100.00 less than anywhere I could find online. The watch itself is great, it has presence. The more I wear it the more I like it. The slide rule is basically useless for me as my vision is not what it used to be. If you are able to see it you will have to take the watch off to use it. Don't let the issues with the slide rule deter you, this is an awesome watch.
My son was so pleased with his watch I got a great deal 399.00 for a 1200. 00 and up Versace watch. He was pleased and it arrived next day. We love jomashop.

Placed an order on January 25,2016 and as of today March 28 I have still not received my order nor a refund. Emails were answered at the beginning and now hey don't even answer them. Her name is *. When I call customer service no answers can be provided to my questions. First and last time I make a purchase through Jomashop. Extremely devastated.
