Dealing with Jomashop was painless. I financed mine for 1 yr. And had no problem doing that either. If you want to save some cash this would be the first place I would look.
The items arrived in perfect conditioned. But it did shipped one to two business days after my order as advertised. In fact, I tried to call Joma and my calls were not answered. I finally received my watch almost 2 weeks after I placed my order.
I understand something inventory is hard to control and it may delay my order, but I wish Joma had better communication and customer service.

I had looked at a Skagen watch at a store in an airport and didn't purchase it due to a scratch on the face. I took down the model number and searched online and after 1 or 2 other sites I came across jomashop. Not only did they offer free shipping on my order but the watch was $50 less than I saw in store and on other sites! Easy to order and delivered a great product with no issues. They've made a customer for life.

I bought a Fossil watch for my boyfriend for is birthday and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The deals on jomashop are the best around and the watch came in great time! It came in all of its original packaging. The watch works flawlessly. Jomashop also has great warranty on all of the watches as long as you register, which I did just in case. I also called customer service to see if I could change the sipping address once I the watch had already been shipped and the customer service was very nice and helpful. Overall, I would not hesitate to buy from here again.
I heard about Jomashop through an aquantenance who is a frequent user. I loved how the site was laid out, along with the pricing. After much debate I order a citizen nighthawk watch for my fiancé as a surprise wedding present. I was obviously expecting a dark watch, as shown in picture and description. How the picture on the website showed the hands and numbers outlined in white. It also stated the hands were illuminated. When I received the watch, I discovered that they were not. The rest of the watch was nice, but definitely not as pictured.
It was too close to my wedding day so I couldn't chance not receiving another in time, I figured I'd let me fiancé decide. I could tell he didn't love it- it was too dark to read even in the sunlight- so we tried to exchange it for another watch on your website. I missed the part about only having 30 days for returns or exchanges. I take responsibility for that, but I was preoccupied planning a wedding.
We were literally 3 days past the deadline and they would not work with us at all. We simply explained the situation and stated we wanted to exchange for a more expensive watch (and we would pay the difference). We were told to email them, as the pictures on the site were 'under ideal lighting conditions'. We emailed and have heard nothing back. While heavily discounted, it is still a lot of money for a watch that will never be worn. I was so excited about this site, but would never recommend to anyone. Poor customer service and false advertising.
