I am very pleased with the quality of the merchandise and the ease of payments, but not the return policy. After spending $21.00 to return a handbag within the 30 day period, I was told they could not accept the return because I didn't pack it exact original way. I even ordered another handbag thinking they would refund me. Not so, doubt I will ever buy here again.
