So I have bought many watches over the years from them but now I have learned never to buy from them again. When you buy from Joma you are relying upon them for any warranty repairs since they are a "grey market" dealer (which means Joma is not an authorized dealer for the brands they sell - they resell watches which they buy from authorized dealers so the manufacturer will not honor the warranty).

That's OK except the service department is apparently not capable of performing satisfactory service and they will not replace a watch once you have removed the tags even if it is brand new and defective. I have returned a watch to them twice for service and both times it has come back with the winding stem too tight to turn. After this second time (and 3 months) I requested they replace it since they still sell the same exact watch. The watch is essentially new. I wore it once or twice before I realized it wasn't keeping time and that's why I sent it in the first time - when it came back I could not wind it.

Most other sellers would accept an offer to replace a defective item but not JOMA. So I have had to file a complaint with BBB and next will sue them in small claims court because they simply won't stand behind the merchandise they sell. For me, it was only a $300 watch so I learned this lesson inexpensively, but am warning others if you receive a defective watch they will not replace it - only offer to repair it and then you are at the mercy of their inept service department.

I understood the shipping might take a while to arrive but it was extremely fast! 3 days after our order, we had both our fragrances and they were both genuine, at the lowest possible price! I am VERY pleased with our order and will definitely be a returning customer.

Need to update for the order as soon as possible. Last time almost 30 days from the day i subcribed, i did not receive any information from my order and i have to remind to Jomashop.

I have had 5 or 6 orders of 100-400 through jomashop. Of them, 5 were SUPER quick and excellent. One of them was waiting for a bottle, but at a certain point when I would ask for updates I stopped getting responses. This lasted for an entire month of weekly emails being ignored, until I bombed all the support channels and then had all of my requests shut down, then AGAIN ignored for another week. Finally, one representative emailed me when I threatened chargeback, and after that I got everything within a week. That was disappointing, but I tried it three more times since and all of those were excellent. I'm hoping that was a fluke, and I will continue to shop on joma unless this happens again.
