I was overseas on a navy deployment and saw watches I liked in the $400 range. Doing my dodiligebce I started dooing the watch I wanted and found it on jomashop for 144! I was sceptical but placed the order. Watches came to the ship in the middle of the pacific fast and well packed. Since my order, I have told everyone that compliments my watch about jomashop. This was my first time using jomashop but will not be my last. I was very pleased with the quality and service I received from them. I will definitely continue to purchase from Jomashop.

Ordered two watches, both were in-stock on website. One came on-time and the other I was told would be two weeks. Two weeks came and went and they said another two weeks. Again, two weeks came and went. Finally a customer rep said she would get me a answer no matter what, just give her two days. I bet you can guess what happened... came and went... no answer! One star is being generous.

I purchased a lovely Tag Heuer watch that I had been eying for sometime. After paying full price for my last one I thought it was worth a shot. It's works great and I can't wait to buy another. The Citizen eco-drive chronograph you sold me hasn't worked since Day 1. It's supposed to be powered with a battery by light, any kind of light. It still hasn't worked, nor have the other features.

Got the watch for my wife for her birthday, she loved it, Jomashop gave me a great value for this item and it looked great, needless to say I was king for a day, my wife was very pleased with her gift.

Had some trouble with customer service applying a discount. Said my discount was applied incorrectly and that they couldn't credit me. Thought it was clearly a system error (I won't go into details) and I thought it was poor customer service to say it was my fault.
