I've ordered from Jomashop numerous times. Each time was a breeze. There was only one instance where a defective product was sent to me, but it was quickly and professionally resolved but Jomashop's all-star team! Jomashop is definitely one of my go-to websites for watches and pens.
What else can I say? I purchased a few gifts for friends--they were shipped promptly, followup emails were received, product arrive on time --well package with warranty cards etc. Highly recommended.

I ordered a rose gold Fossil watch on 28 Oct 16 for my daughters birthday in mid November. I understood that it would be couriered to my address in time for her birthday. To date I have not received my parcel which has cost approx R2000 and my daughter keeps asking if it has arrived.
I have emailed Jonas hope for assistance in trying to locate the parcel but have not received any reply.
I have asked if another watch can be couriered to me and Jonas hope continue to track the original parcel.
I am not at all happy with the following up assistance. No one has even queried if I have received my parcel.
I need some urgent assistance please or if I can have the top person of the company who can help me resolve this. I have paid upfront go for the item.

I've done 3 transactions with Jomashop now. 2 of them for cheap Michael Kors products. Both of those came quickly and without any issues. However, my first watch purchase initiated@ 10/20/16 still hasnt arrived. This watch was advertised for sale on their site, but wasn't "physically in stock". So here I sit waiting at least 8 weeks later and still no watch...
I usually try to resolve issues with the company directly before leaving a bad review. I have called multiple times in the last few weeks. Only once was I able to talk to someone about the issue. She said she would look into it and call me back. That was 2 weeks ago.
I also followed up with an email to the customer service department a week ago. Still no response. So after multiple attempts to contact Jomashop I still have no answers as to where my $1500 watch is. I tried to save $400 over buying it locally, but sometimes you get what you pay for.
If the item isn't in stock at this place, you might want to reconsider placing the order with Jomashop. By the time you actually receive the watch, you will have missed 5 good opportunities to wear the watch you ordered last fall.
I was really happy with the available selection Joma had. I had my eye on a watch for my boyfriend and Joma had the best price so how can you go wrong. It arrived in perfect timing and in great condition.
