Gotta love the TW Steel watches that I purchased last month. The items were great! Delivered on time and in a very good condition. Jomashop even has its own warranty. Going to have to purchase my next time piece again from Jomashop.

Recently purchased a watch from Joma, I liked the selection, prices were very good, and after selection, it was shipped quickly.

Multiple times I was told that Jomashop would remove the $14.99 charge for 2nd Day Air shipping do to my order being out of stock, yet I was charged that amount anyway. I called Jomashop again to tell them would had happened and again they said they would remove the charge but never did. Very disappointed with the very poor service. I will not shop there again.

I always bring watch from Jomashop to Vietnam to sell. I hope Joma can give me more chances as reseller in Vietnam with good price than website. When i have problem with Watch, they will kindly help me to solve the problem.

Order number: M14Y5151. Title says it all. First watch I ordered took months and was accompanied by absolutely terrible customer service. I would be embarrassed.

The second watch I ordered, however, was delivered much more efficiently compared to the first, which isn't saying much. Currently on the fence as to whether I would purchase from Jomashop again.
