The watch was well packaged and well received. Watch set-up had been taken care of by JomaShop. Pricing was very competitive but postage costs made it only marginally cheaper than local prices (with GST included). Overall very satisfied purchaser. I can't fault JomaShop.

The first Tissot watch I ordered had a flaw in one of the hour numbers on the face. The flaw was visible to the naked eye and very easily visible with a loop or magnifying glass. The flaw was also very visible in a photo I took of the face on my iPhone for return purposes (done within 30 days). JomaShop was slow and very cumbersome with both approving the return (numerous phone calls and escalation required) and shipping (hard to get them to send a shipping label so the return of the flawed item was not at my expense), but they did eventually send the free shipping label.
After considering whether or not to use JomaShop again, a few months later I decided it was worth a second try and this time they did an excellent job on filling my order for a slightly different model Tissot watch. JomaShop's poor performance issue seems to be entirely in the context of returns.
