I ordered two watches for my brothers birthdays on April 9, it is now April 23. I called to see what the status was and they told me they didn't have one of the watches in stock and it wasn't there yet. No one called me, my brothers birthday party is long gone and I was stuck without a gift. I still have no idea what the status is and the customer service representative didn't seem to care! My friend recommended me to use Joma but I would never do it again.
All the products are excellent of good quality and original, all the shipments are safe and fast, the best thing is that everything has guarantee.
Love the Dior sunglasses. They came quickly and look great. Strong and sturdy frames. Don't care for the case. I've had similar and they don't last very long. They're just fancy but very very flimsy. Prefer the hard cases. The price of the sunglasses was good.

I placed an order for a Tissot ladies wrist watch at JomaShop few weeks ago and at the time I was placing the order, system accepted it without any rejections on the information I provided. I got order confirmation email (order ID 15B92XX) saying the item is out of stock and need to wait 2 weeks to get it to their WH, also the middle name was not in the shipping address so I asked them to correct it. I sent them emails requesting the actual situation but they took unreasonable time to reply for the mails also they are sending same kind of reply without answering any of my questions, seems automated replies. When the product was available after 2 weeks time they did not ship the item and I again mailed them to get an update and again took a long time, so I called them and found that they are closed for religious observances. I called them again after the holidays since I could not get a update on the order and my payment was hold on the credit card. After staying on the queue for about 30 minutes (international call) I could contact them and what they said was they did not ship the item because my mail address not seems like a physical address for them. Actually, to give that kind of and explanation on a delayed shipment is really unprofessional and shows how minimum attention they pay on the customer care. They should mention this at the time of placing the order if theres any problem in the shipping address. At least within 2,3 days is reasonable; but they only mentions it after customer contacts them waiting for more than 2 weeks time. Finally I canceled the order and bought the item from AD. So if you are dealing with JomaShop and you are not in USA, be careful, they DO NOT care about customers.
I called Jomashop to get a question answered. Waited on hold for forty minutes. Was so mad at this point I cancelled two orders. Customer service person could care less. Don't buy form this company.
