Returns have been hassle free and shipments arrive at or before the time estimated. The best part is all watches have been authentic, in new condition, and inside the original packaging. Probably USPS bungled the shipping but Jomashop should liable as they promise delivery within certain days to specific locations. Also the user experience is awful, shipping time is not disclosed upfront. I had to call in to inform about the shipping delay and wanted to return the item but I was told I will have to bear the shipping cost.

I ordered a watch over 2 months ago, and when I recieved the package everything was in the box but the watch itself. I filed a claim and was told it would be resolved in 4 to 6 weeks. This did not happen and I still have not received notice of any kind. Would not recommend this site to anyone and won't be a returning customer.
