The variety of products and the brands offered are of exceptional quality, like the service provided. Browsing and shopping on the site was a pleasure. Being an international order, with its risks, I was happy with the constant emails checking on the status of the package and the follow-up checking if I have received the item. Very good service, and I hope Jomashop continue improving!

This watch is seriously awesome. It looks very good and fits super well. The display is black and made to have a very stealthy look. That is why there are complaints referring to it being difficult to read. That is true, the more detailed displays are darkened at night and virtually invisible even with illumination. But I'm so impressed with its look that it doesn't disappoint me one bit. The analog hands are very visible and its functions are useful. I just received the watch today and with the directions already have the alarm set, time and date set and even applied the lap counter which records speed as well. Buy it!

I purchased a Tag Heuer Aquaracer watch for my wife and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. This is the third timepiece I've bought from JomaShop and I've yet to be disappointed. Top quality watch, all papers and proper packaging, in perfect condition. Shipping was prompt and the price could not be beat. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

I have been using Jomashop now for approximately 4 years. While I find your prices very competitive and impressive, your customer service REALLY needs a lot of work.

We appreciate the fact that your prices are low, but that does not mean that your customers should be talked to the way your service reps do most times. Reps act as if they are doing customers a favor; we are paying customers, regardless of what discounts we receive. Everyone should be treated with courtesy and decency.

I live in Sydney Australia and recently bought a Mondaine watch which is supposed to be water resistant (10ATM). I went for a swim and it immediately leaked showing significant condensation inside the face. So I took the watch to a jeweller who dried it out and then performed a pressure test for $20. It failed the pressure test at 3ATM pressure so the watch is flawed. The jeweller said I should get it replaced. I then twice emailed Jomashop to ask what I could do to rectify the problem. No-one replied which was dismal. Is anybody home at Jomashop?

My first time shopping with Jomashop. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with their speedy shipping service and product quality. I ordered a Montblanc pen. Authentic and well-priced! Went back for a Prada wallet. Needed to return it as it was not right for my needs. Return process was smooth and the credit was in my account within a weeks time. I appreciate the professionalism, speedy service in shipping and returns, but especially like that their products are authentic and I don't have to pay tax! I will be buying more goods from Jomashop. Thank you!
