After receiving a defective watch from JomaShop I called and asked for customer support. I expected an exchange or an offer to refund my purchase. I had to call multiple times and after an extensive runaround, I was told that even though JomaShop sold me the defective watch, because it was the clasp that was broken (when I received it from them), they would do nothing to make the purchase right. I paid $300 for a watch that can't be worn!
