I have been using JomaShop recently and I find that their variety of perfumes and colognes is amazing. I am able to find products in stock that are normally out of stock near me or just not available in my area. They have been very quick with shipping items out and I always receive the orders is the best condition. I would recommend JomaShop for anyone interested in any sort of prouducts, whether it be luxury items, jewelry, colognes/perfumes, etc. just because of how great their service is.

Bought the 35mm quartz ladies PRX as an anniversary gift. My wife loves the blue dial bracelet style. She has already gotten several compliments. Watch really stands out on the wrist. Fantastic price! M4088GHS

I have bought a few fragrances from Jomashop, and I have been more than satisfied. Not only do they have great prices, but they also have a huge selection of fragrances. My mom normally doesn't like to buy off of places where fragrances are discounted at a good price because they seem "fake", but I got her one for Mothers Day, and she absolutely fell in love with it! We will both be buying more fragrances and other items off this website in the future👍!

I ordered a bag from Jomashop and was shocked to receive a clearly used item without the authenticity card. After a long and exhausting back-and-forth with their customer service, they finally agreed to accept a return and promised to cover $15 USD of the return shipping if I used my own label. However, once I returned the item, they suddenly acted as if they had never made that promise. I contacted them multiple times — sometimes getting no response at all, and other times receiving only copy-paste replies that ignored my questions entirely. It wasn't until I left a review on Trustpilot and filed a complaint with the BBB that they started responding — not to resolve the issue, but to demand that I delete my review and withdraw the complaint before they would refund the $15. Poor Quality Control
The used item and missing authenticity card were real. Jomashop's explanation? "We ship with whatever the vendor provides." They clearly don't inspect products before shipping, and if they can't even guarantee that a "new" item is new, how can we trust their so-called authenticity guarantee? They often claim that items can be verified at official boutiques — but in reality, most luxury stores refuse to authenticate items from unauthorized sellers like Jomashop. Deflecting Blame and Covering Up Mistakes
Instead of owning up to their mistake, Jomashop repeatedly tried to shift the blame onto me — as if I was the one being unreasonable. They even resorted to withholding the promised refund unless I deleted all negative feedback, using it as a weapon to suppress the truth. Terrible Customer Service
Jomashop's attitude was the worst I've encountered. For just $15, they chose to deny the truth, blame the vendor, mislead me, and eventually try to intimidate me into silence. They showed zero accountability and treated the customer like the problem. No Post-Sale Accountability
It doesn't matter what they promise you — if they later decide to ignore it, they will. I'm living proof of that. I don't even know how to describe how awful this shopping experience has been — because Jomashop somehow kept finding ways to make it worse. They can continue to refuse the $15 refund. Maybe I've lost that money, but keeping this review public might save others from going through what I did. No matter how cheap their prices look, don't gamble your money with Jomashop. It's not worth the risk.

Order # M4089ZMS JomaShop was a pleasant surprise. Was referred to this website from a professional jeweler who detailed their website, product selection, service and pricing. I was skeptical and I must admit the JomaShop experience exceeded my expectations in all areas. They provided the exact product(s) I wanted, the delivery was flawless and the pricing was the best anywhere I could find. I have since purchased other items from the website and yet to be less than 100% satisfied. Great job JomaShop! 👍

Honestly I've never ordered anything online that's not Amazon or eBay and I was surprised on how fast and easy the payment process was and the different payment types that they accepted. I was skeptical at first because of pricing on the website and it was a great price and shipping. They deliver fast like Amazon too and everything is legit I'll buy again soon whenever I find something I like in a store and want a better price.

HI THERE! I gave the watch to my wife Sheila because she does NOT like automatics (I previously gave her an ETA 32 jewel auto. - an excellent timepiece!). On the other hand, she does not like for me to have to change batteries in a couple of her quartz watches. She is trying out the NEW technology to see what she thinks. I personally wear auto. ETA 2824-2 wrist watches. I have been a hobbyist watch maker (working on other's pockets helps pay for my RR watches) since 1974 and prefer either old 17/19 jewel) Hamilton/Illinois (1920s through 1950s wrist watches, or ETA 21 jewel (or more) wrist watches or "OLD" high jeweled (21j or 23j) American RR pocket watches. I know you are wondering -how old is this guy anyway? I am 81. Granted, don't get me wrong, CITIZEN makes good watches! Sincerely,

I bought a Citizen Eco Drive Blue Angels watch from JOMASHOP for $381.80 with free shipping. When the watch was delivered, I opened the package and noticed that the watch had signs of previous use. The signs of use were evident as there were no seals on the glass, on the back of the watch, a small scratch on the glass and it was inside a bag (ZIPLOCK) that was not from Citizen, the box showed signs of having been used previously as well as the serial number and model were not the same as the watch, another detail is that the watch was also working. I immediately requested a return because I had bought a new watch and not a used one. I received the form to describe the reasons why I was returning the watch and sent it to JOMASHOP. The next day I received the shipping authorization for the watch from UPS and I immediately returned the product. To my surprise, a refund was made to my credit card in the amount of $367.66 and not the amount that was paid later in the purchase. In view of this, I called customer service and was informed that the $14.00 discount on the refund amount was because the JOMASHOP technicians did not identify the problems that I reported and that the watch sent was new. I informed the attendant that he was wrong and that the watch sent was not new but used, the attendant informed me that this was the company's procedure and that I would not receive the $14.00 debited from the amount paid. Also remember that this is not the first Citizen watch that I have purchased, especially from JOMASHOP (in this case it was the second) and all of them came turned off, with the proper protection seals and with the proper box with the corresponding model and serial number. Therefore, here is my dissatisfaction with the company JOMASHOP and a warning to anyone who wants to buy a product from this company. They are scammers and liars, be careful not to fall for the scam like I did. A scam company, they sell the product as new and deliver it used.
