Like the writers above I have waited a month with no order acknowledgement, no shipping information, no items and no response from emails to customer service. Not even a response to a paypal dispute claim. Look elsewhere, for sure.
One star because its the lowest I can give. My order was never sent and no response to any communications. I am currently trying to get my money back through paypal. Horrible customer experience. Do not buy from jollymollys.com.
In order to get a response from this company, I had to send three emails, a voice mail (they don't have a customer service line) and finally registered a formal complaint through PayPal. Even then it took them two days to contact me. Over three weeks had passed and I had not received my item or a shipping notice or even an email explaining the problem (whatever it was). By the time it got to PayPal, I just requested a refund. I truly believe, however, that they would not have contacted me at all, let alone issue a refund, without getting PayPal involved. This was the most negative online transaction I've ever had. DO NOT BUY FROM JOLLY MOLLY'S.
